Take a free, self-guided tour of Fort Worth history! Trace Fort Worth’s development from a frontier outpost to a rowdy cattle town to the modern city of today. Created by the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History in cooperation with City Center Development Co., the exhibit is housed in the historic Fire Station No. 1, built in 1907.You’ll see a scale model of the original Fort Worth, a bucking bronco that makes a fun selfie station, vintage photos and artifacts, a display on the prehistoric Clovis people, and much more.
