SUNDANCE SQUARE IS A

Visionary Development

Spanning 35 blocks in Downtown Fort Worth, Sundance Square is filled with dozens of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The 42 buildings in Sundance Square – both modern and historic – total more than three million square feet of retail and office space. Red-brick streets, charming courtyards, lush landscaping, and an expansive plaza add to the authenticity and excitement. Without a doubt, Sundance Square is a place where the past

Focused on Sustainability

Our focus on renewable energy

For sustainability, Sundance Square is one of the most forward-thinking urban developments in the U.S. Through our partnership with Green Mountain Energy, we’re Texas’ largest green power purchaser in the real estate industry, and one of the top 15 purchasers of renewable energy in the nation. In fact, our purchases of renewable energy offset 50% of our annual energy needs.

The operations in Sundance Square buildings are carefully monitored, scheduled, and synchronized to eliminate wasted energy. Several buildings are LEED certified, and we recycle more than 750 tons of waste annually.
