Created by noted restaurateur Shannon Wynne, Bird Cafe is a chef-driven restaurant where the focus is on delicious and delectable shared plates. Signature items include the Monte Cristo sandwich special, “Moth balls,” pot pies, and mussels. Many ingredients are locally sourced, and the restaurant offers an extensive selection of wines and craft beers. Located in the historic Land Title Building, the split-level design features more than 6,400 square feet of indoor space and 2,300 square feet of patio space looking out on Sundance Square Plaza. The restaurant’s avian theme is evident in the art on the walls: gorgeous watercolors of birds painted by Fort Worth artists Scott and Stuart Gentling.
