Caravan of Dreams

  • 501 Houston Street
  • Wednesday thru Sunday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

This inaugural show features nearly 30 objects from the collection of Sasha and Ed Bass to celebrate a variety of cultural expressions for visitors and residents of Fort Worth. The Caravan of Dreams Gallery gets its name from the former jazz club, The Caravan of Dreams, which was founded 40 years ago by Ed Bass. The club was a cultural meeting place appealing to audiences who enjoyed the creation of new forms of music, theater, dance, poetry, and film. For two decades, it was a cultural epicenter of downtown Fort Worth. Like its namesake, this gallery hopes to enrich downtown Fort Worth and Sundance Square as a space for the arts. Caravan of Dreams Gallery is always free to the public and is home to many world-class artists. Presented by Sasha and Edward P. Bass.
