Metropolis is committed to providing a sense of community and would like to share some exciting updates regarding parking in Sundance Square. Our goal is to create a remarkable experience so that you can spend less time worrying about parking and more time doing the things you love.
Valet services have resumed beginning Monday, June 8th.
Hours of operation are from 10:00am until 11:00pm daily with staff on hand for vehicle retrieval until 12:00am. Guests that do not pick up their vehicle by 12:00am will need to contact and retrieve their keys from the Sundance Square Security office located at 425 Houston St., Suite 250 which will be staffed 24/7. Any vehicles not claimed prior to 6:00am the following morning are subject to a $40 overnight fee.
Our initial valet stands are at the locations below and can be easily spotted under black umbrellas.
- Razzoo’s – 301 Main St
- Cheesecake Factory – 201 E 4th St
- Reata – 310 Houston St
- Mi Cocina – 509 Main St
- P.F. Changs – 412 Throckmorton St
Rates are $5 every 30 minutes parked or $20 all day. If you receive validation from a participating Sundance Square restaurant or retailer, you get the first 2½ hours free.
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, we have implemented several new procedures to ensure the safety of all Sundance Square guests as well as our employees. All valet staff is required to wear masks and gloves at all times. Light disinfectant will be applied to the interior of vehicles upon return unless otherwise stated by the guest.
Self park validations are activated.
Guests that choose to self park can also have their parking validated in Garage 3 located at 345 W. 3rd St. and Lot 15 (Gateway Lot) located at 299 W. 4th St.
Rates in Garage 3 are $3 per hour after the first 2½ hours with validation or $15 all day.
Rates in Lot 15 are $5 every 30 minutes after the first 2½ hours with validation or $25 all day.
All existing valet or validation vouchers that have been previously purchased will be honored.
